Africa Umoja! The Spirit of Unity - the tale of South Africa, its people and their song. A joyous and explosive celebration of South African culture and with with sensational voices and energetic dancing. Africa Umoja featurs the music of Hugh Masekela, Ladysmith Black Mazbazo, Miriam Medeba and other legendary South African musicans. From the dusty streets of Soweto to the world's biggest stages, Umoja tells the tales of the South African experience through the riveting musical stage play showcasing its authentic South African cast. Performed to standing ovations for Kings, Presidents and audiences alike in over 50 countries worldwide, Umoja brings the rich cultural experience of South Africa to North America,which includes a special tribute to the late South African President, Nelson Mandela.

Charlotte's Web

Theatreworks' production of Charlotte's Web is based on E.B. White's loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little gray spider named Charlotte. Wilbur has a problem: how to avoid winding up as pork chops! Charlotte, a fine writer and true friend, comes up with a plan to fool Farmer Zuckerman - she will create a "miracle." spinning the words "Some Pig" in her web, Charlotte weaves a solution which not only makes Wilbur a prize pig, but ensures his place on the farm forever. This treasured tale, featuring mad-cap and endearing farm animals, explores bravery, selfless love, and the true meaning of friendship.

The magical holiday ballet that has enchanted audiences of all ages for over a century returns! Ballet Etudes of SouthFlorida proudly presents its 44th Anniversary performance of The Nutcracker with international guest stars and a cast of over 100 dancers. This magical production features lavish sets and scenery, colorful costuming, exquisite lighting, superb choreography and delightful theaterical effects. The Nutcracker is under the direction of Artistic Director, Susana Prieto.

Doktor Kaboom

School Group Ticket Purchase Information



Tickets are $7 per person (students/teachers/chaperones). 

To purchase group tickets call the box office at 954-602-4530. The hours of operation for the box office are Tuesday to Saturday, noon - 5 pm. 

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or check (payable to the City of Miramar).  Deadline for payment is three (3) full weeks before the date of the show.
