Planning, design and construction administration of the city's Capital Improvement Program Projects inclusive of public buildings, public parks, infrastructure, fire and police facilities.  Accomplishments in 2016 and 2017 include the completion of:

Capital Improvement Program

During the past 12 years, the City has embarked on a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that entailed rebuilding streets, upgrading water and sewer infrastructure, and building new city facilities.
 
In August 2013, the City Commission approved the $60 Million Revenue Bond to finance a series of new projects that will improve the quality of life for the citizens of Miramar.
