The Prestigious Haitian Music Awards, the greatest music prizes in the Haitian Community, serve to advance the Haitian Culture and to display its social assorted variety. The fourth Annual of the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards will happen on January 18, 2020 at Miramar Cultural Center. The awards are presented annually and are broadcast live on Tele Anacaona and some other networks. The official ceremony features performances by well-known artists and upcoming artists. The PHMA Lifetime Achievement, Humanitarian and Ultimate Icon Award recipients, along with the nominees for other categories are invited to the official ceremony. At the official ceremony a mini-documentary is shown covering the honorees' life. Get ready to honor our Haitian Legendary Artists. South Florida Chamber Ensemble Program 4: Disability Rights

Program 4: Disability Rights is a partnership with Arts4All Florida, an organization dedicated to providing arts education and arts integration programs to people with disabilities. To celebrate World Poetry Day, we are asking Broward County School students with disabilities in grades k-12 to submit poems to us and with the help of Arts4All Florida we will select up to ten poems to be read by their authors . The rest of the concert will include music by composers with disabilities including Beethovens Symphony No. 5, Rodrigos Concierto dAranjuez, and Jupiter from Gustav Holsts The Planets. The onstage program notes will include information about each composers disability and how they were able to overcome it in order to be a successful composer.
