The Federal agency FEMA will present contracts to re-build temporary housing, infrastructure and other collateral damages in Puerto Rico and Key West. About Ms. Annette R. Wright: She is Supervisory Contracting Officer FEMA Region IV. She served as a supervisory contracting officer for Region IV since 2005.She is responsible for managing contracts for emergency response and regional operations in excess of $350 million. She oversees all regional and contingency contracting operations supporting presidential disaster declarations within the eight states of the southeastern region.
About Mr. Russell Marcus: He is the Chief of Business and Economic Incentives for the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), where he oversees approvals of the State's key business incentive programs, venture capital and small and minority business programs, and the Office of Film and Entertainment. Governor Scott appointed him to serve on the Seventeenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and the Broward County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
