The City of Miramar is diligently working to make improvements to the infrastructure of Historic Miramar to include the following:
Phase III Project consists of construction of a gravity sewer collection system, pumping station, a force main and storm water drainage improvements in the area generally bounded by Pembroke Road to the north of SW 64 Avenue and to the east of SW 25 Street to the south, and the Turnpike to the west, within the public right-of-way. The Preliminary Design (PDR) effort will evaluate and identify system requirements required to efficiently design the wastewater collection/stormwater management system within the Phase III area. Project offers the means to eliminate out dated and non functioning septic tanks through a central wastewater collection system.
