Introducing Gridics

Gridics is a new interactive land use analysis platform that allows developers and residents alike to interpret and understand zoning information easier.

Gridics will allow you to effortlessly:

• Find general and parcel-specific regulations (e.g. setbacks, building heights, and lot coverage)
• Find the permitted uses for each property (e.g. daycares, bars, and barber/beauty salons)
• Browse a 3D interactive map of the City with a wide range of data layers (e.g. zoning districts, land use designation, and floodplain information)

Find your property to see a comprehensive analysis of applicable Land Development Code regulations.

Review the City's Land Development Code with the ability to bookmark, download, print or easily share the text.

Browse through a 3D interactive map of the City with the ability to toggle a wide variety of data layers.
