Administration

The administrative program provides planning, supervision, coordination and oversight of the day to day operations for all Utilities' programs and the completion of operational goals and objectives established for the operations.

This program is also responsible for developing an effective long-range Capital Improvement and Financing Plan to meet the City of Miramar's future development while providing engineering and construction management services for utility infrastructure expansion and rehabilitation projects.
