PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION NO. CU-2025-0001
A conditional use application has been filed with the City of Miramar to allow a car wash facility in the site of a former Sun Trust Bank. The proposed car wash facility is located at 8250 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025, and identified by Broward County Parcel ID number: 5141-2811-0010.
The City of Miramar will hold a Public Hearing on this application as noted below:
PLANNING & ZONING BOARD HEARING: Tuesday, July 14, 2026 @ 6:30 PM
The Public Hearing will be held at the Commission Chambers of Miramar Town Center City Hall, 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025. The Planning & Zoning Board will review the conditional use request, consider the findings of fact of the Development Review Committee, as well as any oral or written public comments, and make a recommendation to the City Commission.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at this meeting. Written comments received prior to the public hearing will be made a part of the official record on the matter.
Information regarding this application, including a written report, may be obtained prior to the community meeting from the Building, Planning & Zoning Department at 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida.
