The Alexandra P. Davis Multi-Service Complex proudly serves our community's many needs. This 38,000 square foot state of the art building located at 6700 Miramar Parkway (formerly City Hall) is a hub of activity and resources for our residents of all ages.

This facility is located in the heart of historic Miramar, and is a proud addition. This beautiful complex houses a wide variety of services to enrich lives and bring our residents together.

Rental Facility 

Overview

The facility offers a great location in that it is situated in the heart of South Florida, and is conveniently located for your guests and vendors. The Multi-Service Complex Banquet Hall fits your rental needs, no matter what the occasion.

The 67 feet by 43 feet hall, with an elevated stage, will accommodate a variety of events from conferences and corporate events to wedding receptions and birthday celebrations. The stage is 25 feet wide by 16 feet deep x 28.5 feet high with a proscenium opening of 7.5 feet. This facility at 6700 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL opened in January 2009 and is state of the art in design and utility.

Note: The facility is available for rentals on Friday from 4PM - 12AM and Saturday 8AM - 12AM (*Hours after 12AM - 2AM are an additional cost). To view the facility, you MUST make an appointment first.

Ballroom

The ballroom is adorned with 8 beautiful chandeliers and a full kitchen. The gorgeous space seats 200 guests with tables and chairs with a minimal dance floor; Three-hundred guests can be accommodated using auditorium style seating.

Multipurpose Room

For those planning a more intimate gathering, the Miramar Multi-Service Complex also houses an ideal space. Our Multipurpose Room has a seating capacity of 50 and includes a counter and sink. The natural lighting and inviting atmosphere that this room offers is the perfect addition to your event.
