Historic Miramar Construction Projects

Miramar is dedicated to investing in the community.

Over 191-million dollars have been spent in a multi-year infrastructure improvement for Historic Miramar including

  • A new police substation
  • Canal embankment improvements for 256 homes
  • Upgraded the east water treatment plant from lime softening to nano filtration to supply cleaner water
  • Converted from septic to sewer
  • Water main replacements
  • Drainage, road resurfacing, sidewalk restoration and streetscape improvements were completed.
