Fire Protection Assessment Fee Hardship Exempt Application

The Hardship Exemption for the City of Miramar Fire Protection Assessment Fee is available to owner occupied, income-eligible households with an assessed value of $250,000 or less.

Effective 2004, all residential units in Miramar were assessed a Fire Protection Assessment for a fee.

You may be eligible for a new assessment and an exemption from this fee if you meet the requirements and submit your application with all required documents before July 31, 2025.
