Vacant Home Registry

The City of Miramar requires vacant/abandoned properties to be registered per Chapter 10 Article 3 of the City’s Code of Ordinance. Please register via completion and submission of the application or codeadmin@miramarpd.org call 954-602-4331 with any questions.

Short-Term Rental Registration

The city of Miramar requires all property owners who wish to use their residence as a short-term rental to first register with the city and other licensing agencies as applicable. Please email codeadmin@miramarpd.org or call 954-602-4331 with any questions.
